Customer Care

Hi, we are really thrilled to be able to showcase Australian Craft and Artwork!  As we are just starting out, the site will gradually grow over time.  We really wanted to create an enjoyable online shopping experience for you, and hope we have done this and we aspire to continue improving this site.  So you don’t end up with any nasty surprises down the track, this page is to help you understand the basics of using our site.  We hope it helps.

 

Postage

We have included the cost of postage into the price of each item for sale on this site.  This only covers the cost of standard delivery in Australia.  We decided to do this so the price you see is the final price and you don't have to then wonder how much extra the item will cost once postage is added to it.  I hope this helps make shopping with us easier! For overseas orders, express orders or registered mail, postage will be calculated at the checkout.

If you are ordering from outside Australia, please make sure that the item(s) you order are not restricted in your country. It is the responsibility of the customer to act in accordance with any restrictions or extra costs your country requires.

 As we are relying on the Artists to post their products to you, we would appreciate any feedback regarding this.  If any Artist proves unreliable in posting their products promptly, we will remove their products from the site as soon as possible.

Payment

The products for sale on our website are all quoted in Aussie Dollars (AUD). 

We use PayPal for all transactions.  Visa and Mastercard are accepted through PayPal.

Gift Wrapping

We currently do not offer Gift Wrapping, but hope to in the future.  Watch this space for changes to this.

 

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives in a damaged condition, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange to replace, or refund, or give a credit note for the cost of the item.  Once the damaged item has been returned to the Artist, a replacement, or refund or credit note will be sent.  All postage costs must be covered by the customer.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or credit note for up to the value of the original purchase price, less the postage and handling fees.  We do not refund.  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it for something else or receive a credit note.  Any further delivery cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

The item to be returned must be in the original unused condition.  Once the item has been received by the artist the customer will then be provided with a credit note or we will arrange for the item you are exchanging it for to be sent.
